I feel that any business organization that works directly with customers should ensure the customer is always kept in the know of processes and actions. Veterans United Home Loans Loan Officer's provided the communications needed, even though the time difference from Hawaii was great, to allow me to provide necessary signed or unsigned documents needed to timely process my loan application. They helped worked through past negitive loan issues that were still attached to my records today causing lender's to question my creditability. It's without question loan offices went the extra mile to ensure success in our home buying experience here in Tennessee.

Working with Danny, Amanda, and Colin Park made this all possible for us. They were there for us every step of the way with answers and reassurance. This was a very stressful and intense process and the only easy part was working with this team. They are AMAZING!!!

There seemed to be some sort of mix up between Colorado Title and the Veterans Unitied on a few items but it all worked out fine as we went along. Other than 60,000 sheets of paper to sign things went along smoothly. Everyone was cordial and business like---as it should be. We would do it again.

I can only say that all the times I had not purchased a home in the past because of all the terrible hassle I had heard about. If I had not contacted Veterans United home looans I would still be apartment hunting. Your people especially the ones i have dealt with are totally awesome. Again I wish to thank Emily, Chris, and Austin, without you and your calm and positive re-enforcement I would bnot have made it through. There was a mis understanding on whether my spouse needed to be present at closing, she was not on the mortgage or title however, Ohio state law requires spouse to sign endowment documents. I make this comment to improve closing for future closings. The closing progressed on schedule just had to make last minute arrangements that's all. I appreciate everything that VUHL has provided me and I am very grateful with the flexibility of your loan officers, on several occasions I witnessed Tim Hentz working way past regular hours putting in the top effort to meet deadlines and to make sure my loan processing was completed on time. I look forward to working with VUHL .

Mr Dianics was instrumental in assisting me with my home loan from onset in Feb 2013 to completion in May 2013. He walked me through the process step by step and advised me of all requirements up to closing. This was a first for me and the personal attention was exceptional to include assignment of real estate agent (Tyler) to home insurance (Scott). I would gladly recommend any veteran seeking home loan assistance to use Veterans United. I too enjoyed all of the perks.
