Overall, Aaron Brooks, my loan officer did an excellent job and worked very hard to get me to close on time. There were times when I was extremely stressed out of all the documents I needed to provide but he always kept me on track and reassured me. It was a long journey to buying my first home, and he truly helped me throughout this process. I will continue to recommend VUHL to anyone. Thank you so much!

Home buying could be very stressful, but this experience was far from it. My refinance with Veterans United was a very pleasant experience. Not sure why we didn't lock our rate sooner the market seemed to be going up not down as you recommended.

The process could be streamlined a little more and not have so many well tests done and a little bit better communication between you and the person borrowing the money and not adding the third person on your end during the process.
