Veterans United was easy to work with. I like that they are in constant communication with us.
We had one difficult conversation with the rep who helps with security. He was clearly pushing ADT, rather than representing VU and answering questions about all of the options. After several attempts to interrupt his pitch with my own questions about the other options, he kept on talking over my questions. It was frustrating and I finally just hung up. Chace and the rep's supervisor are aware and apologized. They have taken steps to provide him with training/counseling.

My experience with Veteran's United was exceptional! Working with Dylan & Stephanie was a game changer for me. I was dealing with Lennar as my lender & didn't feel like they were looking out for me. They weren't willing to work with me at all so I reached out to VU. They absolutely blew me away! I loved how they always kept me in the loop & went above & beyond to make sure I closed ASAP. They both worked so hard to meet all my needs. They were extremely patient with me. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me. I finally purchased my second home. I'm extremely grateful for them & for VU. They made this dream come true!!
