Our team consisted of multiple people including but not limited to Logan Nicole Mike Eric and Veronica. Their teamwork together was impeccable on getting things done. Eric was the first person I spoke to, he put me in touch with Nicole. Nicole called me within 10 minutes of talking to Eric. I spoke with Nicole and informed her what my wife and I we're looking for. In short after 3 months of diligence she gave us exactly what we were looking for and in our price range. She was patient and accommodating. Cierra was amazing and really went above and beyond for us. The concierge was not really needed and my loan officer decided that a week before closing it was a good idea to leave and got on holiday. Again Cierra was awesome, but our loan officer, Joe, was disrespectful and dishonest to both of us.
