I specifically told my team that this was all new to me since this was my first purchase. I was assured that I would have someone guide me through the process. I only got contacted when I didn't go and figure out how to complete tasks without any help. And even then, it was just a simple, "you have tasks to do." My realtor did almost no work when it came to searching for a house and even did the final walkthrough without me (I didn't know that was not normal since I HAVEN'T DONE THIS BEFORE).
As much as I wanted to go with Navy Federal Credit Union for my mortgage, the constant communication and speed of responses from Veterans United gave me more confidence that they would be able to get my loan closed on time with little friction. A+

At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.

My case was a little difficult because of the builder. However my loan team stayed in the pocket and stuck with it ensuring that I was able to move my family into a home we love. Philip in particular was very friendly and ensured all of the information he conveyed was accurate and timely.
