Jon Ouk was extremely matter of fact, which is how I like it. He explained to me exactly what I could afford and what I needed to know to get the house I wanted. He helped me through the entire process, no bull, just straight facts, and the entire thing was done with precision. Jon is the money, and Bryan was everything else. Bryan Kay was the exceptional at answering questions and helping me through the other part of the process. Anytime I had to sign something or if something came up that I didn’t understand, Bryan answered my questions without fail! With these two as a team, I knew that I was in great hands!

Great rates! My closing company said my rate was the lowest they had seen. Very friendly and courteous staff. Although I didn’t really need it, the concierge service is great to offer as well to help with finding local utilities and services. My loan officer Dustin kept me informed and was always available and quick to return calls.
The “To Do” list is easy to use to upload documents.

Ryan Sherman was outstanding. My wife and I were in a big hurry to battle for a property. Ryan dove into action on our application and we were able to submit and win the bid within less than 24 hours! After than initial offer phase, Ryan was readily available for any questions.
