Overall, the process of buying a home with Veterans United was fairly straightforward, and they made it easy to go from offer to closing. Most of my questions were answered adequately and in a timely manner. Remember though that you are your best advocate and you know your financial status best, so try not to feel intimidated or pressured to accept terms or conditions that you don’t fully understand.

At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.

Overall, Veterans United was so very easy to work with. They took time to answer all of my many questions and did so quickly and efficiently. They worked hard to get us preapproved and get us into a home that suited our needs. On top of that, they were friendly, quick to respond, not just to our relator, but to us personally.
