Overall it was great between Kelly and the actual sellers agent we couldnt have done it with out them very pleased we got into our house. The whole team was very patient with all of our questions and concerns so a very big thanks to Kelly for all she did!! 🥳🥳

overall experience was great and i thought the team worked hard and provided timely updates.
my only suggestion is recommending a client obtain their IRS transcripts (if needed) early on in the process and ensuring the insurance company they use provides the correct VAU address. other than that i felt like i was in good hands during this big step in my life. would recommend VAU to others.

I found Veterans United off Reddit saying they where good to go so I sent in my info and Jake reached out to me and made things happen, he was amazing, he explained everything to me, but he did not make it feel all like dry and robotic technical explanation, but like we were buds talking shop.
