This entire experience would have been overwhelming without my whole TEAM backing me up. They made buying a home so easy, and it all happened in about 7 weeks. As I sit here in my New Home, looking at all the boxes still to unpack, I am so very comfortable and I have all the time in the world to get to them. THANK YOU GUYS so much for the Dutch Bros welcome package. The card made me cry like a little girl. Thanks for being a BIG part of my life (honestly, the BIGGEST!!!) and you too will never be forgotten. This Team of mine heard every word I spoke and made me really believe in myself.

Paperwork from lender was very deceitful once it was explained. Instead of having all the pluses and subtractions on one page they were scattered on different pages so it was very hard to keep track of them. The office was very hard to get ahold of unless I needed to review or sign something. And like I said earlier it was brought up to me the day before closing that I needed to bring over $4000 with me to close. None of this was explained except I was told my realtor should have done this.
