Kenny promises something. It will happen. His word is his bond. What I like about Kenny and Julie is that they are upfront and involved with you. They don’t beat around the bush. The best team I have ever worked with.
Jordan Showalter was fantastic and once I have the funds to buy land and build my business I will be using Mr. Showalter as my lender, as well as Jennifer as my real estate agent. I usually don’t get impressed by peoples performance since its there job to help but these two would go above and beyond making sure I was comfortable with everything and basically held my hand throughout the whole process since I knew absolutely nothing about how this process works. If any friend of mine needs a house and is also a veteran I will recommend them to this company and apologize to any other lender but only recommending them to Jordan and to Jennifer as the real estate agent.
If your a veteran you do not need to look any further. This company and its agents (Cindy!!!) have all the tools, resources, knowledge, and experts to deliver a huge win for veteran buyers. The app interface, the easy of communication, the leveraging for the buyer...i couldnt have asked for more. Im 34 years old and was extremely nervous to buy my first..even more so during a very hard time in our housing economy. Cindy was honest and open with the process. We got a house under asking value and was appraised high then we bought for with so much seller concession we bought our rate down. Dont hesitate.

I could go on and on about how amazing our home-buying experience was in dealing with Veterans United...but I will say this, without all of the hard work of everyone who worked with us on our home-buying process we wouldn't have moved into our brand new home this past weekend.
When we started this process, we knew we had a very challenging loan application and we weren't sure if we would even pre-qualify for the loan but from the very beginning after we received our pre-qualification it was just an amazing experience. Our loan team was just absolutely amazing. I don't normally write reviews but when it comes to Veterans United, I felt like this was something that I needed to do.
Working with Ben. Britt, Kristen and Shayna were a pleasure from the very beginning. But, I'd like to give a special Thank You to Ben...he never gave up on us even when it got challenging. Not only did he not give up on us, he made sure we didn't give up on ourselves through this process. With everything we had going on during the loan process, all of the ups and downs...it felt like a roller coaster at times but because of Ben we were able to get through it.
