Great service, thank you.
Veterans United was very helpful, and walk me through the entire process. I will recomend them to anyone looking to get a mortgage.
Thank you Max and Krystal
Jessica Fischer was quick to respond and stuck by me through the entire process, answering all my questions in a timely manner and walked me through the much dreaded underwriting! Working with Veterans United has been a very good experience overall and went much quicker than I had expected. Thank you Jessica, my daughter and I appreciate all your hard work and are enjoying our new home.
I want you to know that you are not just putting people in houses, you are giving veteran a new start.
Jeremy and Katie were great they answered all my questions. They were very quick to respond or get back to me if I left them a message. I reallly liked thefact that people answer the phone and iis not an automated process. It is very nice to be abe to tallk to someone directly and not have to push buttons to get them. I would like to thank everyone involved with my home loan process, everyone was great, this was the best and least hassle free experience Ihave had. Thanks Again. Traci L. Reem

Job Well Done!
I can't say enough about the positive, profession and helpful interaction that I had with Lee Sattler and Morgan Evans. They made the whole home loan experience less stressful than I thought it was going to be. I am now in my new home and greatful that I was able to work with them. I am very active in the VFW. I hold a Senior Vice Commander's position in our locale lodge. I will without hesitation recommend VUHL to those veterans that are thinking about purchasing a home.
Dustin went above and beyond to get my loan closed. He was exceptional throughout the entire process and dealing with the VA can be a process!
Michael Pitts did an excellent job executing each phase of my home loan application and closing. I would highly recommend Michael and VUHL for future mortgage needs.
As a first time home buyer...the process can be stressful. The team I had was very accessible, and was able to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
Neal Roeder and Roxanne Helmka were awesome and everyone working behind the scenes at VUHL.
Ben Muzzey is a great asset to the company. I would recommend anyone to use Ben for thier future home loan.
This was one of the worst expriences of buying a home............
We are very pleased with the service we received from VUHL. From the very first phone call until closing Dustin Fritz has been very courtesy and promptly replied to us when we had questions or concerns. If all your employers are of the caliber that Dustin is you can be very proud of the employees in the organization. Again thanks for securing our loan.
Overall, things were very good. Great rate and fairly easy process.
Working with Tyler was a breeze. In todays market on how hard it can be getting re-financing he really made it look easy. Thanks Tyler!
VUHL offers excellent customer service.
All in all my loan officer did a great job.
Joe did a great job! Very attentive and responsive. Highly recommended!!
I HAVE CHECKED WITH OTHER VETERANS WHO GOT THE SAME LOAN AND THE PACKAGE WAS MUCH LESS THAN AN INCH. THEY AGREE THAT VUHL IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEIR INVASION OF PRIVACY AND GENERAL MARXIST ATTITUDE IS PROBABLY THE WORST IN THE COUNTRY.
Damian did a great job.
My realtor was a jerk, but I know that VU had no influence over that.
Although it was a stressful , drawn out, time consuming, expensive, roller coaster ride it was all worth it in the end. My Loan Officer was great and smart & gracious enough to laugh at not one off humor!
We had a little fun in between all the forms & emails. My advice to anyone who is thinking about going through this is to just get all your documents in as soon as possible. Sign, email, email again, call, sign , email, search , search everywhere, request documents to get the ball rolling and then keep it rolling! My house closed in a little over a month because my "team" was really working to get this done for me. Probably because they didn't want to read any more of my silly emails!
Short version: It was kind of stressful but my loan officer was great, my house closed in a little over a month and I am moving in to my new house this weekend!
The Notary that was sent could have been more pleasant and more knowledgeable of the product she was representing.
