Underwriters need to find reasons to give loans and not find reasons NOT to give loans. If a Veteran has proven their credit worthiness, have great payment history, is steadily employed, their type of income shouldn't matter and be harassed on: cents per mile versus hourly (hourly drivers make $5,000 to $7,000 less annually than cpm drivers).

Interest rates and loan origination fee super high. Additionally, I appreciate the gifts that were sent to my home, especially the welcome mat. Josh and Max made me feel as if they really cared and that I was appreciated as a client. I had my doubts when applying to an online Veterans home loan.
But WOW! Truly an amazing experience from start to finish, we cannot say enough for all the hardwork everyone put in, we closed in less than 30 days!!
And to top it off, the sellers agent did not want to work with Veterans United and almost cost the seller a deal.
