My experience with Veterans United was phenomenal! The process was quick and easy with no crazy hoops to jump through and it was incredible how quickly they were able to get us into our home!
At my tender, age this 'could' of been a frightful experience, it wasn't. From the day the idea to acquire a VA approved mortgage, to the closing of the home, you VU folks were there... including helping to square away my miscues... so, keep up the good work...What stands out to me was the pre-approval stage, it was quick and informative -- and, gave me the confidence that purchasing a new home can fast and efficient so long as we're all on the same page...
All in all it was a very pleasant experience
I would recommend this company to everyone. This was easier than I expected. This company took care of everything so there was no stress.
it was amazing working with the VA loans I felt appreciated at a Veteran!
Brian and his team were outstanding. They explained each and every step along the way and answered any questions that I had.
Buying a home is one of the most important and intimidating things we do in life, and for me that this was my first time; it was more intimidating. After my deployment, it was time to do it.That’s when Veterans United came in to play; at first, I thought they were just another lender, but in reality, they are an entire team that works for you and works to get you the best deal, they adjusted to my budget and my interest and helped me in each step of the process, and I'm glad to say that the home buying experience went from intimidating to smooth thanks to this fantastic team.I highly recommend Veterans United to buy your next property.Five stars experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall I believe I couldn’t have been placed with 3 better people to help me out with my first home purchase. Zach, Kyle, and Amanda all deserve a raise! They were great.
Jessica was amazing and great about communicating changes. She was great about getting things done promptly. Even with the extra hoops, she stayed on top of everything.Jody was my real estate agent, she was outstanding! She worked so hard to make sure I got the home I wanted even with all the extra processes we had to go through. She also made sure everything was done right, and went out of her way to take care of me.
Worst experience in home purchasing, worse than the last time I used Veterans United in my 2016 home purchase. No incentives to repeat being a custom here. The loan process was filled with constant back and forth on a variety of subjects, perpetually needing documentation immediately. It was extremely cumbersome and took up way more time from me that should be expected. Even on the day of closing, additional documents and requirements were thrown in at the last hours. Very little transparency and an abundance of errors and rework were required. The loan officer and another member were very rigid, inflexible, inattentive to my own and family needs. Other points, are that they ignored my investment income, brokerage balances, and doubled my debts to manipulate the numbers. All things I was oblivious to until we were deep into the closing process. If I wasn't homeless at the time, I would have walked away. Really seems like they took advantage of my situation to coerce me into a loan that was not as good for me as it could have been.I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Sadly, I was a fool and gave the company a second chance in hopes that it was a one off bad experience.
