On 11/28/23 I decided to google VA Home Loan and because of Veterans United we closed on our forever home on 1/30/24. The process was seamless and several times it felt too good to be true but that's just how smooth it went because we are first time homebuyers. Not only did this feel out of reach 3 months ago, I would have continued to feel it was so if my loan officer didn't lay out the exact amounts we'd need for closing costs, monthly payment estimates that are still accurate after closing. Veteran or conventional loan, I highly recommend VU.

The lending, title, and realtor combination we had was great. Everyone did their parts and even though we had a timeline, each individual did their part to meet it. Jake and Spencer were awesome getting information out to us in a timely manner and Catherine and Jared were great guides to finding OUR home.
This is my second time using Veterans United and working with Jeff and again I am very pleased. If I buy another house I will be back 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
