Deena, while a fine person, needs to work on her communication with the inter-office team and the fine nuances of her job and what it entails. For instance, I asked her to send me the Gift Letter in Docusign format. She told me she couldn't do that. I opened up the app and there it was already in Docusign format. That's just one for instance. There are several of those.
I chose Veterans United from the internet not even knowing If they were legit or not, best gut feeling I have made in a while. From the moment I hit submit this process took so much relief from me. Every team member that contacted me was so nice and informative. Any questions or concerns I had was answered in a timely manner. Thank you Veterans United for fulfilling my dream.
