I use to like VU and even recommended it to friends but after this horror of mistakes and emails saying we the customer were harassing them because we wanted information corrected and it still wasn't. I will never use VU again. They cost me thousands of dollars more than I would have spent and closed a month later than I should have.

The changing loan terms and closing costs are difficult for most families, planning for that big day. We received 3 different documents, with 3 different closing amounts. These amounts ranged from 8600-almost 12,000. Guess which figure we paid? We have used VU several times, but no more.
