Some of the most stressful times in life are buying or selling a home, retirement and relocation. I have negotiated those events, and a couple of others, in the past five months. Standing at the bottom of that hill was a little overwhelming.
I contacted Aimee and she took it from there. We went through failed inspections, goofy sellers and all of the other things that come up. Aimee was always there with her positive attitude when I was ready to throw in the towel. I could not have pulled it off without her and her team.

I also worked with Greg F. and he was fantastic as well. He dug more into my finances, debt, and income. That can be a bit scary and leave a person feeling a bit vulnerable. He handled my case with respect and without judgement. I very much appreciate that. He also worked very hard to get details squared away and I was glad he was the middle man between myself and the underwriter.

The home buying process was a little rough because I was told things last minute things and there was little to no communication with the loan coordinator. Paperwork was being asked the day before closing. Brad came through last minute and made it happen.
