Genuinely,Veterans United feels like a family that my wife, son, my two dogs, and myself have joined. It literally feels impossible for most people in 2023 to buy a home with the market how it is, and the state of inflation we all are going through. I lived in a 900 SqFt 2 bedroom, one bathroom town-home with my entire family for two years, and it literally weighed on us everyday. Mr. Tyler Chinn, has done such a great job in his duties. I could not have asked for anyone better in assisting me in buying my home. His diligence is outstanding. Communication is excellent, his ability to explain all the steps of the process was clear and if I did not understand he was available whenever I had questions. He was my go to person and he was always professional yet when we got to know each other, it was like I was talking to friend I have known for a long time.
