I was very impressed because today a lot of bias and discrimination is out there, but this company showed non of that thank you
Veterans United is a waste of time. The entire process was horrendous for me and my family I will NEVER use them again. I will ensure that every veteran and active duty personnel I meet knows this.I was guilt tripped by Scott Beasley “because he’s been working with me for a long time” and “he doesn’t get paid for the help he’s giving me” to use Veterans United and by making empty promises. They send me a dumb basket for my dogs with treats and toys and remember my dogs names after only having a single conversation about my dogs. But cannot remember to add my wife’s name to the title. Now I have to pull money out of my ass to pay for their mistakes. This is ridiculous and I hope Scott and his team is not allowed to work with veterans until they undergo a complete retraining. This has been a huge waste of my time and I will ensure I use another loan company before I use veterans united again.

The process went relatively smooth. A couple of hiccups on documents I had to supply, but it all went through.

When I first began this process, Yolanda Adams, listen to every word that I said and ask about buying a home, she asked what did I want in a home and she found it and much much more , it was such a pleasure to work with Mrs. Adams and the entire veterans united united team !!

I didn't know what to expect when I first selected Veterans United but the reviews were good and they were right. They made the process extremally easy and smooth for us with great guidance and recommendations along the way. I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to my friends.
Not only Hannah, but Lauren Sprague was also very helpful and knowledgeable. They were both consistent with communication, knowledgeable, and really genuinely wanted me to reach my goal. The amount of concern and attention I received was nearly unmatchable. The realtor they assigned to me, Chad Moore, was also very kind, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, and really, every one I came into contact with were all friendly and provided me with exceptional customer service.. I hated the process, but the staff members/employees were absolutely amazing in so many ways and for so many different reasons.
The team did a great job of touching base and alerting of any changes/modifications needing made through the process. The online portal worked mostly good, there were a few hiccups that were resolved quickly as far as getting our appraisal paperwork. The final numbers were not quite what discussed as we were told the appraisal would be credited to us since the first home fell through. We did not receive credit on the final paperwork for the appraisal. This was partially our fault for missing the 3rd change to the paperwork, but also when asked, our agent said we would get credit later on for a refinance instead.
Both Andy Moe and Erin West, top notch service. Definitely was a pleasure working with them even with their already busy schedule. They were always available to answer any questions. We appreciate both of them 🙏🏽
