Naturally the home buying process is stressful pretty much no matter what but Lance, Levi, Rich, Brady, and everyone else who helped along the way eased that stress. They were knowledgeable and patient and explained everything. Kept us up to date the entire time and were there to answer any questions or concerns we had at any time. I appreciated that Lance checked in on us multiple times just to see how we were doing. My husband and I are both veterans and this was our second time purchasing a home. The process this time around went a lot smoother and seamlessly with the help of Veterans United. I couldn’t recommend them more!
I had plenty of issues with my apt, code violations in 2020. When my neighbors apt was condemned in 2021 I knew I had to move. On 05/10/2023 I started my journey with Kat to find a home. The entire building ended up being condemned June of 2023, a month later. Nov 13th, 2023 was a day I could finally breath fresh air, literally, as my apt was leaking feces from above and below me into the basement and through the inside of the walls. I lived on the 1st floor, and could feel the apt starting V collapse. I am so grateful to Kat and the team for helping me get to a safe place to call home and finally start living instead of surviving.

This was far smoother and simpler than I could have imagined. I did not think I would ever own another home after the 2008 crash, but the VU team made it happen.
What a find! We stumbled into Veteran’s United through an online search of loan alternatives and selected them a pool that included our bank of 30 years. They were very professional and made sure I got every document I needed and kept me up-to-date on every to-do-list I had without Brett I wouldn't have gotten everything done on time and on schedule.The entire team from Veterans United were instrumental in taking care of me as a Veteran of the United States Navy and disabled Veteran at that. With the entire team caring and prioritizing me I am able to be in a brand new beautiful house and have my own piece of the country I served to defend. They even are every bit as excited as I am to get in my house and my team even would like photos and videos so they can celebrate so I am excited to share those as well. I am gonna tag them all in Facebook :D my mom and dad are extremely happy with what they have done for me and the family and have made the process so easy that I couldn't imagine doing this without them. Because of this team and their endless care and work my family is taken care of and so are the families of so many other Veterans around the country.
