VU has been solid to work with. I appreciate the ease of uploading documents and being approved without having to jump through hoops like some other lenders just to get a pre-approval. I have used VU more than once and will continue to do so in the future.

Veterans United kept the e loan process moving right along. I stayed on top of you to-dos and uploaded them as I got them. Back and forth emails were answered promptly. They kept me informed. From offer to close was 35 days. Smooth and easy. One little hiccup that was.quickly resolved in less than 36 hours. Absolutely the smoothest processing. Will definitely use again and recommend them.
