They walked me through every step. We had hiccups that had nothing to do with Veterans United, but they kept me going & reassured me that things were moving forward and gave me steps to keep is on track on our end.
Initially started strong then lack of communication had some rough sledding for a while but in the end last minute you guys came through. Communication has to be better.

The name says it all - Veterans United - they are truly united into helping achieve their goal in buying you a house. It cannot be understated how amazing and helpful Sam Brown and C.J. Snook are.I've been with Navy Federal for 13 years. My experience with with them, for some reason, was atrocious. I was pre-approved all the way up to a week before closing and I got a decline and had no communication with my loan officer there. At that point, I reached out to Veterans United and was connected with Sam and C.J.
