Thank you every one. This team was phenomenal and Thank you to Drew and Charles I worked closely with those two during the process and they answered every call. You have a very good team on your hands can’t get much better than that.
There were a lot of people involved in this process and Steve and his whole team were the ones who put put all the fires before I even knew there were fires! Thank you very much Steve!!

What an outstanding loan team I got makes the entire process so easy thank you Evan and team for your hard work! Shows what a family vets are
There are some issues with VU systems timing out as I try to read the documents. Also the insurance piece was an annoyance. I was still shopping and VU for whatever reason auto closed it and put their own insurance in. In fact I got a text message this morning thanking me for choosing VU insurance. I also got a call yesterday saying I had to sign a statement that I had declined VU insurance. I informed the lady my loan had already closed, but send it to me and I'll sign it. Nothing ever came.

Veterans united was great! Amanda and her team are the best! They made our home buying process seamless and made us feel like family.
I will recommend friends to use Veterans United. Glenn was great to work with and guided me through the process with ease and was a pleasure to work with.
Ellis was really fantastic, in all honesty. This was my first rodeo at home buying and from day 1 he was phenomenal. Whenever l had questions, concerns, worries, needed an explanation, he was always there to assist me.
There were times l actually felt l was maybe being annoying or overwhelming him, but he never gave that impression at all. He made my experience greater than l could have asked for and eased a lot of the stress l was feeling throughout the process. Yeah, Ellis is the man and I’m so happy l got to work with him.
Great guy!

I totally recommend all veterans to Veterans United. I found out that if I sale my house and another veteran buys it, they will reap the same APR as me.That is awesome. Ryan, and the entire staff wes so knowledgeable, kind and helpful to starting my new journey to a beautiful home and family Oriented neighborhood. I am so blessed to have worked with Ryan. We met on via internet and GOD knew he was the one to work with.Thank you Ryan Stoll with the most generosity and gratitude.

Made things very simple.
Tony, Rachel and the rest of the team were top notch and on top of everything the whole time, I couldn’t ask for a better team to have handle the process from start to finish.
The loan process was non intuitive. There were about 40 pre actions thrown at us without explanation of their purpose unless we reached out to ask for an explanation. Our title was not completed properly, which will result in a financial burden on us to fix. After putting so much money towards a down payment, it is straining on us to fix the mistake. Additionally, $13,000 was spent for closing costs just to receive an incorrect title. It's a mess.I will be counseling my Soldiers to find a loan elsewhere if they ask me.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Andrew,
I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating and overwhelming this experience has been. A loan process should feel clear and guided, not confusing or filled with unanswered questions, and I understand how difficult it must have been to navigate so many steps without proper context.
I also hear your concerns about the title issue and the financial strain it’s causing. That’s a serious situation, especially after the investment you’ve already made, and I’m sorry for the added stress this has created.
I’d truly like the opportunity to take a closer look at what happened, both with the communication throughout your loan and the title concerns, to better understand where things went wrong. If you’re open to it, please reach out to me directly at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com so we can review this together.
Our team is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, and we’ll follow up as soon as possible if you reach out outside those hours.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
