Veteran's United was initially very helpful and active in getting our business and saying all of the right things in order to make us believe it would be a painful process for closing on a new home and giving the impression that we would have a solid date in which we would be able to move into our home. We had used VU in the purchase of our previous home and did not experience any of the issues described here. As things progressed over the course of three months for the purchase of this home, it seemed that communication broke down between our agent, title, and the closing agencies leading us on over the course of three weeks as to when we would finally be able to close on our home which resulted in an inordinate amount of time, money and friction effecting our family. As a company that specializes in working with active duty and veteran personnel who are used to making deadlines and being accurate in any and all information provided to the end users not being able to do that results in a bad experience.
Overall, the process went ok. However, I feel all parties could have communicated a little better to ease the process. At some point, I feel the process was painful and wanted to dropout.
I won't be returning. VEry poor service.

Ashley was outstanding she helped me out in every way and was completely patient with me cause I was not the easiest person to deal with. Definitely needs a email@example.com if it wasn't for her I would have screwed this up.
