



It's a no-brainer that Veterans United is the route to take if you are a military veteran looking for a new home. All the fine folks we met through Veterans United are friendly and professional. Allie Leiva, Ashely Crump and Jayme Russel performed their work flawlessly. Our real estate, Barbara McLaughlin, whom we met at the start of our journey is a gem! Bottom line: If I hear of any veteran looking for a new home, I will gladly point him or her to Veterans United. Betty and I wish to thank everyone involved with helping us purchase our home!

This was my second time using Veterans United. They make the process as simple as it can be. Highest recommendation!


This is the second time we have used Veterans united and it was just as stellar as the first time. We felt like our loan was important and the process that we had to go through was important. The team was dedicated to helping us close and getting everything done in a timely manner, and assisting us any way needed. We had a few unusual circumstances and they worked on them and through them with us. Our phone calls and email were always answered and responded to. We never felt like we were left in the dark. It was an awesome experience and if we ever buy another house we will use them again.


My team was amazing! The process was seamless and little stress on my end. From Seth, Rachel and Jennifer I would definitely recommend not only Veterans United but them individually.

My VU team worked for me I have not one complaint. They made the whole process which was new to me feel so progressive. There was bumps in the road along the way but they cushioned my suspension lastly I wanna give a big shout out to mt team thank you so much for valuing me.

I had the a mortgage company (the one I used for my first home) tell me they could cut out some of the costs if I went straight through them. I chose to go through veterans United instead of directly because my loan officer and his team pretty much do everything for me. I don’t have to worry about anything except signing and when problems arise, they get me through them. Definitely will keep using Veterans United and will continue to recommend it to my friends.


So this whole process just started with me looking up info on the VA loan. Brought me to the Veterans United page and filled out basic info. I was surprised to get a phone call from Jacalyne within an hour, explaining how easy it is to continue the process and end up getting a home. Never once did I feel pressured. After talking with my husband we decided to continue this process. I swear we bearly did anything! We were assigned the wonderful team. They all reached out to us, noting our 6 hour time difference as we would be buying sight unseen from Hawaii. Everyone was amazing. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. Everyone explained all questions in a way I could understand, and didn't mind at all if I repeated the same question over and over. Our realtor drove EVERYWHERE we asked, even over and hour away, to show us houses we were interested in. Our VU team always got back within a few hours with any questions I had. I appreciate the check list they gave us, and kept us informed every step of the way. I was surprised how easy buying a home was. Even us throwing them a curve ball days from closing by changing up our home insurance didn't slow them down. We now have a happy family living in their home. Thank you for all the hard work! We will be suggesting V.U. to any friends looking for their new home too, and will use them (hopefully we will be able to keep Jimmy and his team) for any future moves the military sends us. Our first time living off base went so smooth.

For my third and final house I will for sure use veterans united again.

If I said more I would have to be disrespectful and rude and that's truly not me. Although VU almost made me go there.
