Great process throughout took a lot of the guess work out and made our first time buying a great experience.
Great experience! I had to work a few things out on my credit report, which I was able to fix within a month. They worked with me and saw big picture and didn’t turn me away. Once my score reached what I needed the rest was a very smooth process. Great team members, that are in your corner from start to finish. I would highly recommend.
Josh and his team were the best i have ever dealt with. They made my home buying process very simple and i was able to do everything from my phone. The only time i physically had to sign papers was for closing
All in all, with my experience of Veterans United from start to finish I now believe it's nothing more than a sales gimmick and a home loan Mill that cranks them out and pushes as many additional sales through them as possible for things like security insurance so they can get kickbacks, and then as soon as you close they will sell that loan so they get to collect their higher than average lender fees, raising closing cost, just to push you off to another lender right after closing. After my experience and everything I have learned and when comparing my experience of that of friends and family who purchased houses with significantly less stress, if I ever need a home loan again I will go through my bank or a local lender. I would not recommend Veterans United to anyone I know, and I will actively tell people to stay away. While I'm glad that I am in my new home and settled, the entire process was so stressful because of Veterans United and its Affiliates we could not even enjoy the process of buying a home until 2 or 3 days after closing.

I would highly recommend the team at Veterans United here in Tampa Bay, Florida. They were with me from the time I contacted them almost two years ago until I obtained a property to make an offer on. Veterans United provided me with a thorough explanation of the home-buying process as well as friendly and courteous service. The fact that everything involving the closing on our house being accomplished long distance was not a problem at all. This company seems to have an extensive network of realtors and others involved in the home buying process that I believe would work well for any veteran no matter what state you live in. As a surviving spouse of a veteran buying a home on my own for the first time utilizing a VA loan, I was very pleased with the services I received.
