Purchasing a home is a major undertaking and I personally hit a lot of snags along the way. I would highly recommend their services to any vet and hope they can remain as proficient as they are. USAA used to be excellent and has fallen into a model that doesn’t work the way it should. Take a lesson and keep being available and honest and smooth to work with folks that need your support. I genuinely appreciate this team in particular. Keep it up !!

I've literally sent out an email to all my brothers and sisters from the first battalion. 6 Marines, if they're looking to buy a house. United veterans is the only way to go.
There was some confusion over a couple of docs, but we worked it out.
Overall great experience with everyone we dealt with.
I have bought a couple of homes, Veterans United takes the extra personal steps that others do not. From The loan team (Jose and Shelbi) to the Concierge (Marianne), they worked non stop for us, always making us feel like we were priority #1. The communication was great, we constantly knew what to expect next, and always knew what was going on with VU. Great people, great experience! The only place I will use to buy or refinance!
