



Was difficult to get through to my team. Required a few calls/emails to get a response. Felt like they were just going through the motions. They kept asking me the same questions. I felt like I had explained our situation numerous times, it seems they were not listening.
The most frustrating was the first time I spoke to my loan officer was a few weeks into the process and it was to tell me late on a Friday afternoon that they could not approve the loan. He wanted to get off the phone quick, said he had worked lots of hours that week!
It did work out in the end, but it took all kinds of hurdles to be overcome by us.Definitely would not recommend Veterans United, stay local if you can!
