From day one through closing and beyond, each process phase was seamless, transparent, and they kept us informed. Ultimately, this resulted in a hugely successful outcome for our home-buying experience. Every phase of the process was extremely quick. Once we found the home we wanted and made an accepted offer, it was a 30-day close with ZERO issues. Veterans United knows its business, appreciates its customers (VETERANS), treats us with a world-class, first-rate, high-priority focus, and continues to do so. Highest Recommendation!
Spencer is awesome. No matter how stressed we were or how many questions, concerns or emails we sent, he has been right there letting us know and keeping us informed through the whole process. He was in the mainland and still emailing or calling us when we needed more information. He made sure he was available to us when we needed it. He kept keeping us updated whether it’s the underwriting, getting us the numbers, or letting us know what we need to do when we need to submit things. Even when we were first looking for a lender, he kept calling or checking in which is why we picked him. He was friendly, patient and always reassured us that it’s okay. We got into our forever home thanks to him and his team. The process felt long but it was quite fast. We can’t thank him enough for all he did. He made our goal into reality.

Kayla, Dennis, and Josh were amazing at what they do, Individually and as a team. We are a military family and had to find a home and close out of state. The whole process was done over video, phone calls and sms. I was a little nervous, scared and basically did not know what to expect. The whole team guided us all throughout the process and was very patient. They listened to our concerns and answered our questions promptly. They took turns updating and informing us of any changes, and sometimes just reminding us to sign documenta 😅. I highly recommend this team!!! We are nothing but amazed and in love with our home and glad we chose Vetreans United!!!
