Working with Veteran’s United in the beginning seemed sure but towards the end of our closing, many clerical errors were made which delayed our moving process 5 times on behalf of the team I was associated with. They did agree to make things better which I am grateful for but the minor errors that were made were truly disappointing.

As first time homeowners Veterans United had it all! In one place we were able to get approved for our mortgage. They referred us to a great real estate agent. Tyler was great to walk us through the whole process step by step. The concierge service had everything you could want with resources for utilities, insurance, address changes...you name it! When the company that owned the home made us an offer to go with their own mortgage company, Tyler was even able to match their offer because we did NOT want to leave! Veterans United is fantastic!

Kyle Gardner and his team did a great job from start to finish. The communication was top notch, and were available to answer any and all questions in a timely manner. They were also able to overcome some unexpected challenges that could have derailed the purchase of my home.
