I am very happy with the customer service I recieved from Jamie, Jennifer, and Sarah. They did a phenomenal job in assisting me through the lending process and closing of my home. They stayed in constant contact during the process, provided assistance any time that I needed it, and made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. Veterans United is a great place to get a home loan. The app on the phone was easy to use and friendly to use. Very easy to upload docs. The people I worked with are fantastic to work with. I will definitely use them when I refinance or get a new loan.
