The process of communicating through email, text messaging, and calling was very effective. I loved how the team was in a group message and when I had a concern, I could message the team and get an answer without having to wait on one person. That I was speechless and bought to tears because someone was paying attention to me yelling at me at my dog's that they got my dog's names and sent me personalize doggy dishes for my dogs.
