Do not use Veterans United. It used to be a good company but now they have employed idiots who can't do math, asks for irrelevant or non-existent information as well as information they have no busi ess asking, and has poor communication skills.
Everybody was very professional.
Veterans United truly cares about its customers. They have great customer service and do everything in their power to make sure you understand everything going on throughout your loan process.

Every time has been made so simple and easy for me even while transitioning from Active Duty to retirement, and while purchasing a home after changing jobs and moving to a different state. I will always use and recommend Veterans United Home Loans when purchasing a home with a VA loan.

Buying a home is a very scary experience, if you will, after so many years of renting as we had planned on renting for the rest of our lives, and then all of a sudden the landlord gives 15 homes the notice you have 28 days to move out or buy as he was changing his plans after he had told us all a couple years ago that we never had to worry he had no intention of ever selling the homes. Moving can be very expensive, there were/are no homes in the area to rent and or to buy. Mind you we are in our late 70's. So at our age we had to look for a loan and Veterans United came to our rescue and approved our loan. We were approved within a week it helps to have a very good credit rating. Thank You VUHL
