Veteran’s United helped us out a lot from the beginning to the end. Our credit consultant was knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to do prior to getting pre-approved. Our loan officer and loan coordinator was very helpful throughout the whole process and they were quick to get a hold of. Our concierge gave us tons of great information about the move, which helped our moving process go smoothly. I will recommend Veterans United and my loan officer to any friends and families who is looking to buy a home, whether they are a first-time buyers or not.

We would like to give a shout out to the whole team. Mark, Jessie, Emilee and Steven our real estate agent. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, the communication, the process was handled in a quick professional manner. Shirley and myself were impressed with the personal touches the team sent to us, it was so very thoughtful. I have already referred VU to a fellow veteran and I will continue to do so. Thank you to everyone for your commitment to help assist Veterans with buying a home. The overall experience from start to finish was a A+ rating.

I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to help get me into my dream home. Don set me up with a great real estate agent and made sure that I was taken care of at each step. The team made sure I had everything I needed and kept helping even after the sale was made. They made sure that I had all the information I needed for getting the right insurance on my home, let me know about breaks for veterans on property taxes, and made sure I had all the information I needed to get set up on utilities and services that I needed. To all Veterans wanting to purchase a home. Contact Veterans United. Have any questions? Just asked. All your questions will be answered.

The team was just outstanding to ensure I was able to get into my new home. Answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction.

Steph & Melanie did an outstanding job on getting this deal closed form start to finish was less than a month. I enjoyed the socks, flagpole holder, & bird feeder with seed to boot. We closed yesterday & crazy busy but so worth it with the help of Veteran’s United! Thank you so very very much! Semper Fi!

Couldn't have asked for a more stress-free home buying experience. Everyone was attentive, caring, and with exceptional professionalism. Truly felt like part of the family.

The only part of my experience with VU that was less than a “10” were the couple times that I felt like information was withheld from me earlier in the the process, which had I know I probably would have made different decisions. For example, I was researching home loan options very early in the process (5-6 months before desired closing timeframe). My credit check was needed for the home loan pre-approval, but I wasn’t told that it would need to be checked again later on before closing because I was more than 120 days out from closing. It may not seem like a big deal or big hit to my credit score, but when information like that is withheld I begin to wonder what other things you all might be hiding from me just to get my business. Another example, Rebecca told me that VU would refinance my loan at no cost when rates decrease but only if VU is servicing my loan. As a 1st time homebuyer, I didn’t realize lenders could provide mortgages but not even service them. It wasn’t until later when we were discussing it further, did I learn that VU only services around 60% of their loans. Therefore, there’s a good chance I may have to pay additional fees to refinance. This is different than the picture I was given early in the process when you all were looking for my business. Stuff like this makes me doubt and lose trust. I suggest being more forward with the details of your fine print.

Thank you all for the great help they made it painless and will definitely recommend to others
