I would suggest… better initial response. Better interactions with the actual loan offer. It wasn’t until I talked to another company that VU became interested in assisting us. And yes I moved this transaction along very quickly; Janaire was a SAINT in assisting me! She was the star of our refinance! She called every step of the way after I requested it. I had many questions and she helped every time.
Y’all kept it simple and rolling. Thank you for your time and care in helping me seal the deal on my first home. I truly appreciate all of y’all’s time it means the world. Additionally the formatting of your website is great. It’s user friendly and easy to manage.
WOW!!!!! I don't know where to start!!!! We put a contract on the home of our dreams on March 18th ....April 18th we were in closing!!!!! That is unheard of in my book. but these wonderful people got it done. I can never thank them enough for what they did for us. They all were a pleasure no hassle group to get the job done. I still can’t believe how easy Veterans United made this process. We closed on our home in just a matter of weeks. Overall, I am extremely happy with the team that I was working with in all aspects, from putting up with my incessant questions and explaining how everything worked in excruciating detail until I finally understood it, to streamlining the processes to close as quickly as possible, and having an agent who was super aggressive in helping me find a place to call my own. I have nothing but good things to say about every one of them, and I can see now why they were so highly recommended by my coworkers. The hype is 100% justified!
This is the second time I've utilized Veterans United and have been very satisfied with what they did for my family and I. Even though we had a huge headache this time around with a property we wanted (not their fault, the sellers), they came through quickly when we put an offer down on a new place and we were able to close quickly without a hitch!
