Veterans United (VU) got me from pre approved to closed in a matter of 28 days. I was extremely skeptical of using VU after reading some things about it taking longer than usual to get to closing. This was not the case whatsoever. The team I had was hands down the best experience I have ever had. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions, which I had a lot of, quickly and efficiently.

The team is awesome , patient and really always willing to do what it takes for the customers professionally to make sure that they are helped , they did helped me , from Ana , Mike and Randee this are the only reason I came back to them for the second time … this is unusual Team they go above and beyond all day everyday after hours to make sure that the customers don’t sleep worried

At times it felt a little difficult to get into touch with some of the agents, however I'll chalk that up to me working midnight shift in addition to the time difference. Everything else was pretty smooth and the process wasn't nearly as daunting as I initially thought
