Our loan officer Kyle was there for us the whole way and worked hard to get us the best loan, always coming through to beat any other offers. I would recommend this company to veterans. They knew what paperwork was needed from a person about to retire unlike other companies. The communication process could be better, as it seemed it was hard to reach people on the phone but very easy in emails.
If Greg ever leaves VU, so are we. He is our lender until the wheels fall off this ride.

Smooth at first then kinda rush rush especially towards the end. Rich was the guy I spoke to mostly. Spoke to kaleb maybe twice throughout the process. Was given the need to know stuff. I had a lot more questions however Kaleb maybe was too busy to get back to me. However the process is mostly smooth from start to finish.

He was beyond awesome and answered every call and message. He was even communicating with me out the office and during lunch breaks. He went above and beyond to ensure this process was as smooth and easy as possible. He is the type of coordinator we all should experience with buying a home.
