I was a first time Homebuyer, trying to purchase a House at my next duty station. Hoping that I would get a very helpful and professional to make me understand the process. Matt Landis was my loan officer during the process. During the last week of me trying to close the house. He lacked the professionalism of trying to help and being impatient at times. I had questions and he was kinda being rude with the way he answered. He had appointment that one day and said he had five mins to talk. While I was talking he said he had four mins. So I told him just go to to your appointment. He was showing that he was annoyed of me asking questions. There were times I would text him to call me and wont receive a call. He felt confident that we were going to close and didnt feel the need to help. This is a very bad experience that I had to go through and don't want anyone else to be in this situation again.

I will use this awesome loan team again… Evan Oswald and his loan team were amazing. It didn’t matter if I had an issue on Monday, Saturday, 7 am to 2200 at night. I ALWAYS got an response. He’s like family to us now.
What a great experience throughout the entire home buying process! From finding our house to closing was truly great!! Any time I called with questions or concerns someone was there to assist me! Never felt left out in any part of the very stressful process, not to mention the morale support needed at times!!! Hopefully I will not have to buy another house anytime soon, yet if I had the same team I would definitely feel totally confident with the entire process!!
