This is my third mortgage with Veterans United since 2019. Since Shane and his team came into the picture, the process has been awesome.
Highly recommended VU. 10 out of 10. Friends of ours had the same experience with VU.
The only issue that we ran into was closing. We intended to close on 8 March, but the final disclosure was not ready which pushed us back to 9 March. Not really a big deal in the end, just rubbed me the wrong way considering we began the process in January. I don't know how long it takes to prep closing, but having the paperwork done on time when they said it would be would be an improvement. I'm not sure that this is completely on VU either. Everything else went smoothly though and the team was courteous and responsive.
Going thru Veterans United was an excellent experience. They were professional, and task and time oriented. Everything flowed seamlessly, and they did a great job in every aspect.
Simply incredible! They were the best team of people we could have asked for. Assisted with Us finding a home in the current market and all it's chaos!

This is the third home I purchased and Al with help from Veterans United. I couldn’t ask for a better loan Officer than Collin ! He is one of best, always very prompt on replying to any email concerns ! Very knowledgeable and always assisting as much as is needed. It is Loan officers like Colin that help make VA United successful. This loan went as south as can be and also very patient!
