It was still a bit of a stressful process but VU was great. I was kind of taken by surprise with the almost $4k in closing costs that I learned about just the day before closing. Fortunately I was able to get it together on time though

Omg, this box could not hold the true shout out that I would like to send to Kat! She was absolutely amazing to you! She immediately realized how stressed I was with this whole process, and she was so helpful, patient, encouraging, kind, and most of all loving! She really treated me like I was a family member! I am so thankful that GOD blessed me with her! I can be really difficult to work with, but Kat made me feel at ease about EVERY MOVE I MADE!
