The Cotthoff people were incredibly unprofessional and if I could rate them they’d get a 1. Changing the signing date the Friday before we’re supposed to close ruined not only the buyers’ plans, but the sellers’ as well. They wasted a lot of our time and our money. I would suggest not working with a title company that only has one attorney so all operations don’t shut down every time they’re out of the office.
