Overall great experience with VU. I loved the MyVeteransUnited interface, which allowed me to easily track required items and progress of my loan. I really enjoyed working with my loan officer and my recommended real estate agent. I was able to close quickly and without much hassle. I would definitely recommend VU!

Great process overall. The app made it streamlined, and when the app failed, the team made sure I got the paperwork I needed to make the process go forward. Truly appreciate it and loving my first home thanks to them!
The inspector was not at all very absurvent. There is a crack in the foundation that goes all the way to the ground. Also the house is leaning towards the creek really bad. When sitting on the toilet the vanity leans towards the shower. Probably drops about 1inch from one side to the other.
