Veterans United helped us navigate the home buying experience with the greatest of ease. They went above and beyond in assisting us in our purchase of our home. I’d recommend them to all veterans.

Veterans United is our go-to for any of our future home purchases. It is by far the easiest process we've ever experienced in purchasing a home. This was our second home through them and it was great. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Awesome team!

Super team.

Shawn was great. Janice McBee was really a lot of help. She knew I was getting frazzled and she stepped in and walked me through what was needed.

Great process. Everyone involved was very attentive and kind. Made the process super easy.

The best team all around! I’ll definitely recommend to others 🤍

Brittney Christian had a difficult time receiving documents from our employer’s respective HR departments and our realtor. Her email address was not able to receive documents. Therefore, she repeatedly asked for information that was already submitted to her multiple times. She did not offer an explanation for the insistent confusion. She also did not return voicemail messages or respond to emails.Randy Groner was satisfactory to work with. He did return voicemail messages.Eric was satisfactory to work with. It was easier to reach him compared to the rest of the loan team. He did not always have the answers, but he reached out to the rest of the loan team and searched for it. I suggest better communication amongst his team so he is up to date.Mike was our home insurance point of contact. He was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly and answered our questions. He was easy to reach by phone and email. He was up to date with the rest of the loan team and ensured we were good to go for closing.Every time we submitted documents, new ones were requested. Our closing date was three months later than anticipated because it seemed as if the Veterans United loan team were unaware of which documents were required to close. They would turn around and tell us they needed something else. It would have been a faster sale/buy if they shared what was required from the very beginning of this process so we could get the documents to them earlier. At the day of closing, our realtor, the lender, and us tried to reach the loan team. We called four different people. No one picked up the phone. The loan team was aware of our closing date and appointment time. We spent an extra hour at the attorney office waiting to hear back from Veteran’s United if everything was approved on their end for us to leave. This entire process was frustrating and disheartening as our lives were held hostage for five months waiting.

GREAT TEAM, AND I WOULD CERTAINLY WORK WITH ALL OF THEM AGAIN! :)

Great experience! Change nothing!

This seemed to be a rather difficult purchase, but Chance and his team jumped through every fiery hoop, keeping me informed every step of the way. Thanks guys!
