Only thing is to put specific names on the mail change of address not just the last name because someone else with the same last name may not be moving to the newly purchased home.
This whole processs was mind blowing, from start to finish, one month. They handled everything on a person level and move with the sweatiness. I still can’t believe that we have our home and it only took a month from start to finish. Our team was totally awesome and I definitely would recommend working with them.
