Kelsey was great 9/10. Took 3 times to close, and 2 months of living in Airbnb. Wife advised credit and closing team on ideas that worked and deserves a salary or commission. Seemed like the “team” does not communicate and are possibly working virtual. Will use brick and mortar next time.
