Tim answered all my questions and I had alot being a first time home buyer. Tim and his staff were amazing. I was with the corporate VU agent but transferred to Tim Spears along the way. Having a local loan officer really made the difference and I would recommend Tim Spears to anyone looking to get a home loan in the Hinesville area.

Great to work with. Made first time home buying very easy and simple with great resources and a great team. They have a great starting place for home insurance and other quotes, which was helpful when comparing rates and premiums for similar services.
I would never recommend Veterans United. It was a terrible experience and no one seemed to know what they were doing. I was to far in when I wanted to change lenders and the rates had already gone up or I definitely would have changed to another lender.
