Everything went smooth and every conversation we had they helped us understand but also make changes as needed with little issues. Only thing I thought we had an issue with was the last minute repairs that needed to be made...I feel like the repairs should of been addressed earlier rather than last minute and eapirs for vents under home should of been address with the repairs to the bathroom at same time rather than separate and a few days prior to closing to make things easier but overall a very easy transition! My team was out standing and always there to help. I have a Complicated work schedule where I work 12 hour shifts days and nights so sometimes I don’t get up till late in the evenings which would most like be Business closing hours for them. Yet they took time to help answer my questions and more on their personal time.
