The only thing I would like to see changed is who ever your underwriters are they need to get their act together.please in the future do not tell a customer they are cleared to close until all is done I believe I was told I was cleared to close several times, stupid little things came up and had to be checked into and of course they were not a issue then I was cleared to close again.my home was over half packed and all ready sold when I was told of issues after I was already cleared to close you don’t realize the emotions I went thru when I was told that my clear to close can be pulled.when you are cleared to close then you are cleared to close. Stop the roller coaster. Oh one more thing I had no clue I had to take 2500.00 to closing til 4 days before hand that is crazy I thought a va loan was 0 down I was never told I would have to pay anything at closing and remember this is my first home purchase.thank you

I liked the online To Do list which kept track of items still needing to be completed.
When we first started talking about buying a house, we were nervous. We were renters until we decided it was time to buy a house. Having dealt with difficult rental companies, we were afraid that home buying was going to be the same. We were so wrong!
