The process took longer than we had hoped but we were able to get out from under a reverse mortgage that had a balance that was increasing so much and so fast that it would have been impossible for any of our kids to inherit. There was a lot of paperwork, a few repairs to be made and a lot of fees for a house we already own but all in all everything went smoothly.
Thomas Peters was an amazing asset to our Loan Team as well. He kept us up with real time updates and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a stress free experience.We love him!
