I wouldn't purchase a home through ANY other lender. I'm single and don't have the ability to 'bounce things around' with a partner, over dinner. My Dream Team ended up BEING my "partner" - I could discuss whether certain specs of a home, would work, with Kevin, turn around and joke with Matthew about collecting certain documentation buried in my moving mess, and chat with Molly about who I needed to talk to in order to have an internet modem. The team was seamless - each of them professional yet down to earth on "real life" issues. I couldn't recommend Veterans United enough to any of my fellow Veteran Brothers and Sisters enough. 5* service from beginning to end, with zero exaggeration.

Sydney was a terrific loan officer. We felt she treated us like we were her siblings, with encouragement, explanations and a lot of patience along the way.
My team made my first home buying experience easier than I could have imagined! Every question I had was answered promptly and everyone always sounded happy to help.
The pro cess started off great, everything going as planned and then we had hurricane Ian. Instead of asking for the proper appraisal information correctly , the appraisal came back and we couldn't use it. This whole loan was held up for a screened in porch, not a livable area. Then they tried some workarounds and sent me and my realtor scrambling to do the work. Well that didn't work, and by this time I had sold my house and was approaching homelessness. They said the right things, but they didn't help things get done. In the end they ordered a third appraisal and this solved the problem. Then the day I'd the first scheduled closing your people didn't ha e things ready, so I had to leave and come back to close the next day. The next day they didn't have paperwork straight until right at closing. This was the most nerve racking experience I've ever had. I had th o stay at a vrbo for 4 days costing me around 1500 bucks because again I was let to believe things would be done and they weren't. I'd be glad to explain more over the phone. They need to do a root cause analysis and figure this crap out. In the end it wasn't the hurricanecanes fault, it was your folks not knowing how to deal with it
