I highly recommend using Veterans United! The process was so smooth and easy!

This has been the most stressful home loan process of my life. I have bought and sold many houses in my lifetime and this was hands down the biggest disappointment. I honestly do not think these people have ever made a VA loan before (at least their actions would leave one to believe that they hadn't). From very little communication to repetitive requests for the same information (which was sent to them each and every time requested. Almost no communication. We had to request the assistance of our local congressman in order to get our loan closed. Up until we called him, we were going to be put off again. I spoke with one of their managers and explained the issues and that I was going to file a complaint with the VA. His response was that "they don't work for the VA" as if to say "Go Ahead, We don't care". No, he did not say those words, but it is how he made me feel. And, because of the multiple delays, we almost ended up homeless with a moving van full of furniture and nowhere to put it. Stay away from these people is the best advice I can give you.

My wife and I highly recommend the United Veterans for a home loan. We didn't need a down payment which really helped us get a loan. Also, didn't need to have mortgage insurance. These two things were very important for us. The team from Veterans United, that worked with us were great. They take you step by step on how to get the loan. We had a lot of respect for them.
