It took less than a month from contract to closing. The whole experience was great. The whole team was great to deal with and very knowledgeable about their job and offered advice on how to get things done. I can’t say enough great things.
Veteran's United is an absolutely spectacular experience which exceeded all expectations I ever had. The different members of all the teams reached out immediately and were very clear with the communication and services-- which made the entire home-buying experience incredible. Not only was every member of all teams knowledgeable and experienced, but everyone was also available anytime I needed. It truly felt like VIP treatment.

We went back and forth with lenders for 20 months trying to get the loan on our beautiful house! Jumping through hoops at every turn and it never being enough :-( my husband is a Marine so we tried veterans United and we're so glad we did! My loan team was great and did an excellent job communicating with me and answering all my questions. My loan application was processed in a timely manner and I closed my home purchase as scheduled with no issues. App interface and website was very easy to use and navigate. The Veterans United website contained a lot of informative educational information and video lessons for a first time homebuyer.
