veterans united was with us all the hole way. They were with us from the beginning to the end. Making sure we got the best forever home on the market at the best rate. They are truly family. We looked at countless houses. Put in an offer on one house and had to walk away because we couldn't make a deal with the seller. On the day we were going to do a walk on a house they found us a better house that truly was our forever home. House was bigger, lot was bigger and sale price was $20,000 cheaper. I could not have asked for a better team. By the end I gained a new family. we Love you all! Thank God for all of you and for all you do. You are all family! i would not want to go in to battle with anyone else.
This was by far the best home buying experience I've had out of 3. All documents were easy to understand, or explained if they weren't, and I wasn't at any point left wondering what I needed to do or what final steps were required for closing. Ample time was always given for me to process things, and my loan team ensured my approval was always in place and ready to go at a moments notice to make an offer, which was extremely helpful in this fast moving market. I rarely felt stressed or confused through this process, and will certainly be going through VU again in the future when looking for a home.
