Everyone was awesome except the young lady who offered me the homeowners insurance. She gave me a great price but apparently she didn’t do her due diligence because when I called her and said OK, let’s go with it she said the insurance company will not cover the house because it’s too close to the coast, I think she should’ve done a better job before offering me homeowners insurance and because of that that’s the reason why did not decide to go and get a security system from y’all or anything else so that’s pretty much it

They made this buying extremely easy seen as how I was in New York and the house I was buying was in Florida. They were always extremely helpful and attentive during the whole process. My experience with Veterans United has been positive from the beginning! When I decided to buy a home (and this is a first for me) I thought the process would be long and tedious, but I was wrong! Everything happened so fast; I was amazed! Living in one state and buying a house in another was crazy (and my friends thought I was crazy. too), but VU pulled it off like magicians! I thank God for the people involved in my home buying process!
Only thing I would recommend is not waiting until last minute to get final docs into the underwriter and the title agency. Other than that the process was great and we are enjoying our new home. Highly recommend.
The customer (in my experience) will only provide the documents requested and may not know that retirement accounts may also be considered by the under writers for leverage.Overall I am a satisfied customer and look fwd to our next endeavor.Special shout-out to Jared Zahn!

Everyone was so pleasant to work with. They asked for documents, I didn't hesitate and got them what they needed. We closed on our home very quickly and easily.
