Veterans made me feel that they cared about me and my loan. The assistant setting up my loan did a good job. Only issue was the surprise just before closing with the extra cash to close due to the title company holding out additional money for the HOA fees.

I have no complaints and give them a 10/10.I like how you can track the progress of the loan through the app. You can sign all documents through to the app!
