Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
Jason and Jared absolutely rocked it! Communication was very fast, whatever documents they needed I fired right back at them and the refi was done in about 4 weeks. Very painless and easy. 10/10 will use these guys and their expertise in the future.
Bad ass as hell every one worked like hell and got me my dream house for my first house
We have bought several houses and this was by far the best experience we have had in in home purchases.
With the courtesy, respect, and professionalism of this entire team we were able to finally step into our own home. The journey was long but they made the process easier and definitely helped complete the process quickly and without a hitch. Recommend every veteran reach out to this team!

By far the longest approval process I've been through compared to 2 other VA loans and a refi this year. Submitting the same documents over and over for 6 months and find out the week before closing your approved is a bit strange. On top of that my loan was raised 10k the week of closing. The appraisal came back above asking so Seller wanted to cash in on future sales. Seller made up the difference to sale to me at the appraisal price. VA united took half in fees. No such thing as good busy these days screw the little guy especially Veterans. Never again will I use this company and I will tell others to stand clear.
There honestly couldn’t have been a better team to ask for than Billy’s Team. I was a first time home buyer and even with that this team has made things super easy for me from beginning to end. They’re all super hardworking and overall incredible people to work with!

Overall it was a great experience. Larry and Sarah were fantastic. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to partner with.
Sarah was always on top of things and always available to help. Sarah is an absolute PRO at her craft!Larry was the same. Always available, flexible, and open to answer any questions along the way. Together they really made me feel like this was the easy route. There are a lot of lenders out there, I stuck with VU because of Larry and Sarah. That’s the truth.
The only complaint I have is the endless amount of junk mail I’ve received since closing. It’s unreal. And the way it’s solicited is strange “final notice” and “regarding your mortgage” stuck in pink envelopes like I am about to hit foreclosure. No one needs that.
