So, this was not my first home purchase, but it is certainly my last. I have to say the process, the team, was as smooth and effortless as any experience I have had. As an Agile Coach in a highly visible, quite stressful profession, it is my job to streamline processes, remove waste, and encourage efficiency. My Veterans United Team started working for me long before I was ready to purchase my FOREVER home. They reached out in April, and I was unsure that I was ready. But they waited until I was. And then they went to work for me. The process felt seamless.





Everyone was very helpful and coordinated together as a team and made the process as simple as possible

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I started with asking my my old officer if the current offer online was the best VU had. He said it was the best he had. I then went to comeptitors and informed him I found several with better rates. VU came back with an that only looked extremely strong at the start but got worse as the progress of my refinance went along.
