Veterans United was great to work with. We have used them 3 times over the years. This last time was harder and took much longer due to the VA not having enough appraisers to cover my state. We ended up having to pay the appraiser more money than normal to travel an hour to our new home.

This was a relatively painless experience, we were kept informed at every step. We were given options not just told how we must do things/ how they had to work. They searched for the best interest rates for us, but also kept an eye out in case a lower one became available to us. They answered all my questions and concerns, even if I asked the same thing more than once, and they were also polite. We had a great team.

Literally just made my dreams come true, and I did it all from an app in my phone! From credit counseling and understanding the home buying process, to building a team of professionals that was there for me and all my crazy questions! I swear by the end of this process we were on a first name basis! I couldn’t ask for a better team to be on my side!
A little frazzled about paperwork which irs required 5 days advance to obtain -Underwriting asked for 3 days before closing.

I will tell people to find a local place because lying and not giving a person a copy on paper isn't a good way to do business. I think I going to call the attorney General for Minnesota and see what they think about it
