Steve and his team are professional and bend over backwards to make your home buying experience less stressful.

From our first conversation to final closing Jared was attentive and diligent in providing answers and resolving issues. He was presented with a challenge that required additional work and professionalism. Our builder did not want to allow a VA loan. Jared worked with them to accommodate our request for the loan and the situation was resolved. We are grateful for all his efforts and the time he spent to work this out.

From preapproval to closing, Veterans United was there at every step to assist and guide us through the process. Our credit was not A+, but VU managed to pre-approve us for enough to get the house we wanted even in a tumultuous housing market. Even the small things like researching utility providers and forwarding our mail were extremely helpful in our search. The search was grueling because of the housing market, but the loan process was a breeze because of our team at Veterans United. Our loan officer personally contacted the sellers and agents on our behalf to help them overcome preconceived opinions about VA loans and borrowers. That was critical in our home search.

The Veterans United program is an amazing program and I encourage all veterans to take full advantage of this resource. They made the purchase of my first home seamless and provided me with several opportunities to learn about the house buying process.
