One of the most professional individuals I have worked with. Goes through the whole process of the Va loan, very fast to react to questions, easy access, and just very knowledgeable on every details on VA loan. Nate is able synchronize and coordinate all requirements needed with realtors and myself, to get the most accurate and timely information. His ability to synthesize complicated manners such as the Va process to very simple and understandable terms is just terrific. I would recommend him specially to anyone asking to get loan. Steve and his team are professional and bend over backwards to make your home buying experience less stressful.
From our first conversation to final closing Jared was attentive and diligent in providing answers and resolving issues. He was presented with a challenge that required additional work and professionalism. Our builder did not want to allow a VA loan. Jared worked with them to accommodate our request for the loan and the situation was resolved. We are grateful for all his efforts and the time he spent to work this out.
Underwriting is the only reason I would tell another veteran to not use VU.

From preapproval to closing, Veterans United was there at every step to assist and guide us through the process. Our credit was not A+, but VU managed to pre-approve us for enough to get the house we wanted even in a tumultuous housing market. Even the small things like researching utility providers and forwarding our mail were extremely helpful in our search. The search was grueling because of the housing market, but the loan process was a breeze because of our team at Veterans United. Our loan officer personally contacted the sellers and agents on our behalf to help them overcome preconceived opinions about VA loans and borrowers. That was critical in our home search.
The Veterans United program is an amazing program and I encourage all veterans to take full advantage of this resource. They made the purchase of my first home seamless and provided me with several opportunities to learn about the house buying process. They took the time to walk me through each section of the house buying process. I would and will recommend this program to any veteran looking to purchase a home.
