Do your homework before trying to use a VA loan as there are not many homes that will make it through the process without flexibility from both buyer and seller.

I want to give a special shout to Adrianna, Jeffery and Aidan. These people make the team so much better. Each individual were helpful and always will to point me in the right direction. Adrianna really went out of her way and explained the process. She broke down the cost and introduced me into the program. Jeffery was extremely tentative and assisted in task that may seem easy but we’re difficult to a new home buyer. Aidan is the absolute man! Alway answering calls and got everything done super fast.
