Can’t say enough about Kody and his team. I started looking at a home home back in May 2017 but decided to hold off. Kody made a strong impression on me back then in a short period of time. I really enjoyed using veterans united, Melissa and her team were very helpful in working with me during deployment. I think especially with first time home buyers if you could offer some kind of short document explaining briefly what the entire home process is going to be and explaining what some things are can alleviate a lot of questions a first time home buyer might have, I tried to due deligence myself but they’re was so much information that it was a little difficult, I think offering some sort of template with explanations of processes and even definitions of lending terms that not everyone is familiar with would be extremely beneficial to a first time buyer, I hope this could be used as some constructive criticism thanks for your help

Jon was very attentive to my needs from the beginning. My realtor originally recommended a different financing company for my purchase. I reached out to them first and after a delayed reply, I reached out to Veterans United. Jon called me and got my pre approval done before the first company ever responded. I told Jon that I needed to do an early closing if possible since I had been living in hotels since arriving back from my overseas assignment. Jon, Jenny, and Amanda made that happen for me, I went from under contract to cleared to close in 18 days. I know I wasn’t their only client, but I never felt as if they weren’t always working on my behalf. The whole experience was easy and fast which was what we requested! We had a wonderful experience and closed on our perfect home in 30 days from offer acceptance!
Attention to detail. That was the most shocking thing to me was having to personally point out errors on closing disclosures that should never had made it to my level of review. Many other people probably wouldn't have even read the entirety of these documents, let alone question them. Thank goodness I did. My concern is how many others didn't notice and paid for things that were the seller's responsibility?
